Investment Trends Investment Product Needs Survey 2024
1. Information on how to enter and prizes from part of these conditions of entry.
2. Entry is open to Australian residents 18years and over, that complete and submit the Investment Trends 2024 Investment Product Needs Survey, that will be emailed to them during the promotional period. Employees and their immediate families of the promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible. Invitation emails and survey introductory text contains links to terms & conditions, privacy policy and contact email.
3. Promotion commences 05/06/2024 in all states, with SA commencing 10/06/2024. Entries close on 31/07/2024 at 11:59pm (EST). The draw will take place Level 6, 143 Macquarie Street, Sydney, NSW 2000, Australia on 08/08/2024 at 3:30pm (EST). The Winners list will be published in The Australian newspaper on 14/08/2024. Winner(s) will also be notified by email or phone if email address is not available with 21days of the draw. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
4. The first prize winner will be able to choose between, A 5 hour cruise on Sydney Harbour on a Schaefer Yacht 510 motor yacht, for up to 12 people, valued at $10,000^, OR an EFTPOS gift card valued at $6,000.
There will be three runners up prizes, each runner up will receive their choice of one bottle of Penfolds Grange valued at $750, or an EFTPOS card valued at $700.
Total prizes valued at $12,250* Prizes are not transferable or refundable or exchangeable. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize.
5. The Promoter may conduct such further draws at the same place as the original draw as is necessary on 08/11/2024 at 2:30pm (EST), in order to redraw the prize should it be unclaimed by that date, (subject to relevant state authorities). All entrants must be of the age of 18 years or over. Any winner/s of previously unclaimed prize will be notified by email and their names published in The Australian newspaper on 12/11/2024.
6. No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
7. Most Comprehensive prize Winners: The top five respondents who provide the most comprehensive answers to the survey will each win one of five AUD$200 EFTPOS gift cards. The most comprehensive winners will be judged by Investment Trends. The Investment Trends Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Most comprehensive judging criteria: The respondent has answered all questions including open-ended questions presented to them. Open-ended questions will be judged as follows:
40% on insightful value
40% on detail of the response
20% on clarity of response
The most comprehensive winners will be selected once all relevant answers have been reviewed. The winner will be notified by email.
8. All entries become the property of the Promoter. All data collected from this survey will remain anonymous in accordance with the Code of Professional Behaviour of the Australian Market and Social Research Society (AMSRS) of Australia and the privacy policy of Investment Trends.
