2026 Spain-Terms and Conditions: Most Comprehensive Answer Competition

1. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the 2026 Most Comprehensive Answer Competition ("Competition") organised by Investment Trends, registered address at Level 6, 143 Macquarie Street, Sydney NSW 2000 ("Promoter"). 

2. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry.

3. Entry is open to Spanish legal residents aged 18 years or over, that complete and submit an on-line survey that will be emailed to them during the promotional period. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. The Promotion will only be valid in Spain and the prizes are to be granted within the Spanish territory.

4. Only one entry per person is permitted. No entries from organized groups or entries automatically generated by computer will be accepted. Ineligible, automated or fraudulent entries are void. All entrants will be deemed to have authorised the Promoter to check the completeness and accuracy of the information they supply for purposes of participation. An entrant who has supplied incomplete, inaccurate or fraudulent information will be automatically disqualified.

5. . Employees, directors, contractors, and their immediate families of the Promoter, the companies of its group of companies, including its affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, and agencies associated with this Promotion, or any other person involved in the organisation or running of the Promotion are ineligible.

6. The Promotion commences on 12th January 2026 at 09:00 am CET (the “Opening Date”). Entries close on 08 February 2026 at 08:00 am CET (the “Closing date”)

7. The Most comprehensive response will win first prize of a Amazon gift card valued at up to 1500€ (the "First Prize"). The next three most comprehensive answers will be runners up prizes, each winning a 500€ Amazon gift cards ("Runners-up Prizes"). The total prizes (jointly the "Prizes", or individually the "Prize") are valued at 3000€.

   1. 1. The respondent has answered all questions including open-ended questions presented to them.
      2. Open-ended questions will be judged as follows:

   40% on insightful value
   40% on detail of the response
   20% on clarity of response

   The most comprehensive winner will be selected once all relevant answers have been reviewed. The winner will be notified by email.

8. Most Comprehensive Winner(s) are the respondent(s) who provides the most comprehensive answer to the survey.
   The most comprehensive winner will be judged by Investment Trends. The Investment Trends Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 

9. There will be four most comprehensive entries selected from all valid entries collected during the Promotion period For the sake of clarity, the most comprehensive response will be the First Prize, with the next three most comprehensive responses receive a runner up prizes.

10. By participating in this competition, all entrants acknowledge that any prizes awarded may be subject to local, state, or national taxes, duties, or fees. The winners are solely responsible for the payment of any and all taxes, including income tax, sales tax, or any other tax or levy that may be applicable to the prize, whether federal, state, or local. Winners will be required to provide the necessary tax documentation (such as a valid tax identification number) and agree to comply with any tax filing or reporting obligations as mandated by relevant tax authorities. The organizer will not be responsible for withholding any taxes on behalf of the winners. The value of the prize may be reported to tax authorities as required by law.
    
    
11. By taking part in the Promotion, respondents agree to transfer all intellectual property rights, including, but not limited to, reproduction, distribution, public communication, making available, and transformation rights over the entries and all their content to the Promoter, to the maximum extent and period of time permitted by law and on a worldwide basis.
    
    
12. All data collected from this survey will remain anonymous in accordance with the Code of Professional Behaviour of the The Research Society and the privacy policy of Investment Trends.
    
    
13. The Promotion is governed by the laws of the state of New South Wales, Australia. Each party submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales for any action or dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions. Nothing in this terms shall be understood in the sense of excluding, limiting or waiving in any way the application of articles 82 to 91 and 114 to 126 of the Spanish Consumers and Users Act (Royal Decree 1/2007) which content shall prevail in all cases.

España 2026 – Concurso a la Respuesta Más Completa

1. Estos términos y condiciones («Términos») regulan el Concurso a la Respuesta Más Completa 2026 («Concurso»), organizado por Investment Trends, con domicilio social en Level 6, 143 Macquarie Street, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia («el Organizador»).

2. La información sobre cómo participar y los premios forma parte integrante de estos términos y condiciones de participación.

3. La participación está abierta a residentes legales en España mayores de 18 años que completen y envíen una encuesta en línea que se les enviará por correo electrónico durante el periodo promocional. No es necesario realizar ninguna compra para participar o ganar. La Promoción solo será válida en España y los premios se concederán exclusivamente dentro del territorio español.

4. Solo se permite una participación por persona. No se aceptarán participaciones de grupos organizados ni participaciones generadas automáticamente por ordenador. Las participaciones no válidas, automatizadas o fraudulentas serán nulas. Todos los participantes se considerarán que han autorizado al Organizador a comprobar la integridad y exactitud de la información facilitada a efectos de la participación. Cualquier participante que haya facilitado información incompleta, inexacta o fraudulenta será descalificado automáticamente.

5. No podrán participar los empleados, directores, contratistas ni sus familiares directos del Organizador, de las empresas de su grupo, incluidas sus filiales, subsidiarias, divisiones y agencias asociadas a esta Promoción, ni cualquier otra persona involucrada en la organización o gestión de la Promoción.

6. La Promoción comienza el 12 de enero de 2026 a las 09:00 a. m. CET (la «Fecha de inicio»). Las inscripciones se cierran el 8 de febrero de 2026 a las 08:00 a. m. CET (la «Fecha de cierre»).

7. La respuesta más completa ganará el primer premio, consistente en una tarjeta regalo de Amazon valorada en hasta 1.500 € («Primer Premio»). Las tres respuestas siguientes más completas recibirán premios de finalista, cada una consistente en una tarjeta regalo de Amazon de 500 € («Premios de Finalistas»). El valor total de los premios (conjuntamente, los «Premios», o individualmente, el «Premio») asciende a 3.000 €.

   El participante deberá haber respondido a todas las preguntas, incluidas las preguntas abiertas que se le presenten.
   Las preguntas abiertas se evaluarán de la siguiente manera:

   • 40 % por el valor y la profundidad de los conocimientos aportados

   • 40 % por el nivel de detalle de la respuesta

   • 20 % por la claridad de la respuesta

   El ganador de la respuesta más completa será seleccionado una vez revisadas todas las respuestas pertinentes. El ganador será notificado por correo electrónico.

8. El/los Ganador(es) a la Respuesta Más Completa será(n) el/los participante(s) que proporcione(n) la respuesta más completa a la encuesta.
   La selección será realizada por Investment Trends. La decisión del jurado de Investment Trends será definitiva y no se mantendrá correspondencia alguna al respecto.

9. Se seleccionarán cuatro participaciones como las más completas entre todas las participaciones válidas recibidas durante el periodo de la Promoción. A efectos aclaratorios, la respuesta más completa recibirá el Primer Premio y las tres siguientes respuestas más completas recibirán los premios de finalista.

10. Al participar en este Concurso, todos los participantes reconocen que cualquier premio concedido puede estar sujeto a impuestos, tasas o gravámenes locales, autonómicos o nacionales. Los ganadores serán los únicos responsables del pago de todos y cada uno de los impuestos, incluidos, entre otros, el impuesto sobre la renta, el impuesto sobre las ventas o cualquier otro impuesto o gravamen que pueda resultar aplicable al premio, ya sea a nivel estatal, autonómico o local. Los ganadores deberán proporcionar la documentación fiscal necesaria (como un número de identificación fiscal válido) y aceptar cumplir con las obligaciones de declaración o información fiscal exigidas por las autoridades competentes. El Organizador no será responsable de retener impuestos en nombre de los ganadores. El valor del premio podrá ser comunicado a las autoridades fiscales conforme a la legislación aplicable.

11. Al participar en la Promoción, los participantes aceptan ceder al Organizador todos los derechos de propiedad intelectual sobre las participaciones y todo su contenido, incluidos, entre otros, los derechos de reproducción, distribución, comunicación pública, puesta a disposición y transformación, en la máxima medida y por el mayor periodo permitido por la ley y con alcance mundial.

12. Todos los datos recopilados a través de esta encuesta permanecerán anónimos de conformidad con el Código de Conducta Profesional de The Research Society y la política de privacidad de Investment Trends.

13. La Promoción se rige por las leyes del estado de Nueva Gales del Sur, Australia. Cada parte se somete a la jurisdicción exclusiva de los tribunales de Nueva Gales del Sur para cualquier acción o disputa que surja de o en relación con estos términos y condiciones. Nada de lo dispuesto en estos términos se entenderá en el sentido de excluir, limitar o renunciar de ningún modo a la aplicación de los artículos 82 a 91 y 114 a 126 de la Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007), cuyo contenido prevalecerá en todo caso.
