The Investment Trends survey is an independent, third-party industry survey. Entry into the Prize Draw is provided solely for completing the survey, not for supplying any particular type of feedback. Pepperstone has no visibility of any survey responses or control how they are used in the resulting report. Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these terms and conditions (“Terms”). By participating, you agree to be subject to these Terms.
The promoter is Pepperstone Limited (company number 08965105) of 70 Gracechurch Street, London EC3V 0HR (“Pepperstone”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
1.1 The Prize Draw commences at 00.00 BST on Monday 20 April 2026 and ends at 23.59 BST on Sunday 10 May 2026 ('Prize Draw Period').
1.2 Entries received after the closing date will not be counted.
2.1 You must be a resident of the UK who is aged 18 years or over.
2.2 Employees of Pepperstone and their immediate families, agents and anyone else connected with the Prize Draw are ineligible to enter.
3.1 To be entered into the Prize Draw you must:
a. have a live trading account with Pepperstone;
b. have completed the Investment Trends survey (answered all questions including open-ended questions presented to them) using the following link;
c. consent to Investment Trends providing your contact details to Pepperstone for the purpose of entry into this Prize Draw; and
d. provide a valid email address or phone number for contact purposes.
3.2 If you consent to Investment Trends providing Pepperstone with your contact details for the purpose of entry into this Prize Draw, Investment Trends will confirm which participants have completed the survey using the provided link, and all valid entries associated with those email addresses will be automatically entered into the Prize Draw.
3.3 You will only be entered into each Prize Draw once.
3.4 The Prize Draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
3.5 Pepperstone assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches, including if Investment Trends fails to provide entry details. If such problems arise, Pepperstone may modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the Prize Draw.
4.1 There will be three (3) prizes awarded (each a 'Prize') to three (3) separate winners (each a 'Winner') as follows:
4.2 The Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Pepperstone will not be responsible for any Prize that is lost or stolen. Amazon gift vouchers are subject to the retailer’s own terms and conditions and are valid until the expiry date specified on the gift voucher or by the gift voucher provider.
4.3 All taxes which may be payable as a consequence of receiving the Prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner.
4.4 In the event that the Prize (or any part of the Prize) becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Pepperstone's control, Pepperstone may substitute the Prize (or the relevant part of the Prize) with a prize of equal or greater value.
5.1 The Prize Draw will take place on 11/05/2026 ('Prize Draw Date').
5.3 The Winners will be identified through a random computer-generated draw ('Winner').
5.4 The Winners will be notified within 14 days of the Prize Draw Date in writing by email to the email address submitted at the time of entry.
5.5 The Winners will be notified about how the Prize will be delivered within 14 days of the Prize Draw Date. The Prize will be delivered or transferred to the Winner within 30 days after the Prize Draw Date.
6.1 The Prizes will be distributed during or after the Prize Draw Period.
6.2 Pepperstone will make reasonable efforts to identify and locate the Winner.
6.3 If any Prize remains unclaimed within three months after the Prize Draw Date, the Prize will be forfeited and an unclaimed prize draw will be held on the 20th day (or if a weekend, the following Monday) of the third month after the Prize Draw Date ('Unclaimed Prize Draw').
6.4 The Winner of the Unclaimed Prize Draw will be notified in the same manner as set out in clauses 5.4 and 5.5.
7.1 Pepperstone collects your personal information in order to conduct the survey and to complete this Prize Draw. If you do not provide the requested information, you will not be eligible to participate in the Prize Draw or to claim a Prize and your entry may be discarded. By entering the Prize Draw, you acknowledge and agree that Investment Trends will share your contact details with us for the purposes of entering into the Prize Draw and that your personal information will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8.1 Pepperstone's decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. Pepperstone accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications. Entries will be deemed void if illegitimate, forged, manipulated or tampered with in any way.
8.2 You are responsible for notifying Pepperstone if your contact details change during the Prize Draw Period.
8.3 Pepperstone may carry out verification checks on the Winner. Verification is at the discretion of Pepperstone, whose decision is final. Failure by Pepperstone to enforce any of its rights does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
8.4 Pepperstone reserves the right to disqualify any individual who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms, or who is involved in any way in interfering or tampering with the conduct of this Prize Draw, has breached any of these Terms, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Prize Draw.
8.5 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pepperstone (including its officers, employees and agents) won't be liable in any way for any loss or damage suffered by you arising in any way out of the Prize Draw, including the Winner accepting and/or using the Prize.
8.6 If for any reason beyond the reasonable control of Pepperstone this Prize Draw is not capable of running as planned, Pepperstone reserves the right in its sole discretion to take any action that may be available to it, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Prize Draw, unless to do so would be prohibited by law.
8.7 Pepperstone reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Prize Draw or amend these Terms at any time in our sole discretion.
8.8 These Terms are governed by the laws in force in England and Wales and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that place.
