TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1. Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these Terms and Conditions of Entry ("Terms"). By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Entry into the promotion is free and open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over who complete and submit an online survey during the Promotional Period. Employees and their immediate family members of the Promoter and any agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

3. The promotion commences 20/04/2026 and closes 31/05/2026 at 11:59pm AEST ("Promotional Period"). The prize draw will take place at Level 6, 143 Macquarie Street, Sydney NSW 2000 on 10/06/2026 at 12:30pm AEST. Winners will be notified by email or phone within 14 days of the draw.

4. Prizes are as follows: one (1) first prize of a VIP Ticket to the Australian Crypto Convention (AusCryptoCon), valued at AUD$1,499; and four (4) runner-up prizes, each being a premium general admission ticket, valued at AUD$259 each. Total prize pool valued at AUD$2,535. Prizes are not transferable, refundable, or exchangeable for cash or any other alternative.

5. If any prize remains unclaimed by 5:00pm AEST on 10/09/2026, the Promoter may conduct a redraw at Level 6, 143 Macquarie Street, Sydney NSW 2000 on 10/09/2026 at 5:30pm AEST, subject to any applicable regulatory requirements. Any winner(s) in the redraw will be notified by email or phone within 14 days of the redraw. Winners’ names may be published on the Promoter’s website where required by law.
   This promotion is conducted in accordance with applicable Australian trade promotion laws and regulations.

6. Each entrant may only enter one valid entry to this promotion.

7. Entries can only be made in an individual’s own name and in their own capacity and no entry can be made for or on behalf of any other person, venture or organisation.

8. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected.

9. Winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries. There will be one (1) first prize winner and four (4) runner-up winners.

10. Prize tickets are for the Australian Crypto Convention, to be held 28–29 November 2026 at the ICC, Sydney. Prize tickets are subject to the terms and conditions of the event organiser. Any costs associated with attending the event, including travel and accommodation, are the responsibility of the prize winner unless otherwise stated.

11. All entries become the property of the Promoter. All data collected from this survey will remain anonymous in accordance with the Code of Professional Behaviour of the Research Society and the privacy policy of Investment Trends.

12. Any disputes concerning the conduct of this promotion will be considered by the Promoter in good faith and resolved in accordance with applicable laws.

14. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions where reasonably necessary for administrative or regulatory reasons, subject to any applicable laws. Any amendment will not materially disadvantage entrants.
