TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry. 

2. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over who are ‘registered businesses’ attending the at the Finance Magnates Pacific Summit 2024, who complete an Investment Trends form during the Finance Magnates Pacific Summit 2024. Employees and their immediate families of the promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible. 

3. Promotion commences 27/08/2024 for at the Finance Magnates Pacific Summit FMPS:24 being held at the International Convention Centre, Sydney New South Wales. Entries close on 29/08/2024 AEST at 11:59pm. The draw will take place at Level 6, 143 Macquarie Street, Sydney NSW 2000 Australia on 05/09/2024 AEST at 12:30pm. Winners will also be notified by email or phone with 14 days of the draw. .

4. The prize draw is valued at AUD$10,000, randomly selected from all ‘eligible’ entries. The total prize is valued at AUD $10,000. The details of the prize is; a chance to win a tailored 2 hour Executive Strategy Insights Session with an industry expert from the Investment Trends team. The session will cover the latest market insight, competitive analysis and behavioral trends to guide your product and distribution. Prizes are not transferable or refundable or exchangeable. It will either be conducted face to face in Sydney or via a video conference if it is required to be held in another location. 

5. The Promoter may conduct such further draws at the same place as the original draw as is necessary on 16/11/2024 at 5:30pm AEST, in order to redraw the prize should it be unclaimed by that date, (subject to relevant state authorities). Any winner/s of a previously unclaimed prize will be notified by mail or email and their names published as necessary.

6. Each entrant may only enter one valid entry to this promotion.

7. Entries can only be made in an individual’s own name and in their own capacity and no entry can be made for or on behalf of any other person, venture or organisation.

8. No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.

9. Randon draw winner: There will be a 1st prize winner of an AUD$10,000 the winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries.

10. All entries become the property of the Promoter. All data collected from this survey will remain anonymous in accordance with the Code of Professional Behaviour of the Australian Market and Social Research Society (AMSRS) of Australia and the privacy policy of Investment Trends.

11. In the event of any dispute, the dispute will be passed to the Principal or CEO of Investment Trends, and their decision will be final.

13. Investment Trends reserves the right to modify these terms.
