TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these Terms and Conditions of Entry ("Terms"). By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms.
Entry is open to clients of Capital.com that are: Australian residents aged 18 years and over that complete and submit 2026 1H Australia Investing and Trading Survey that will be invited to complete during the promotional period. Employees and their immediate families of the promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.
Promotion commences 13/04/2026 in all states and territories. Entries close on 19/05/2026 at 11:59pm. The draw will take place at Level 6, 143 Macquarie Street, Sydney NSW 2000 Australia on 26/05/2026 at 12:30pm. Winners will also be notified by email or phone with 14 days of the draw.
Five winners will each receive an AUD$200 Amazon voucher, randomly selected from all eligible entries. Total prizes valued at AUD$1,000. Prizes are not transferable, refundable or exchangeable.
The Promoter may conduct such further draws at the same place as the original draw as is necessary on 09/09/2026 at 5:30pm, in order to redraw the prize should it be unclaimed by that date, (subject to relevant state authorities). All entrants must be of the age of 18 years or over. Any winner/s of a previously unclaimed prize will be notified by mail or email and their names published as necessary.
Each entrant may only enter one valid entry to this promotion.
Entries can only be made in an individual’s own name and in their own capacity and no entry can be made for or on behalf of any other person, venture or organisation.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected.
Random draw winner: There will be five prize winners of an AUD$200 Amazon gift card, the winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries.
All entries become the property of the Promoter. All data collected from this survey will remain anonymous in accordance with the Code of Professional Behaviour of the Research Society and the privacy policy of Investment Trends.
Any disputes concerning the conduct of this promotion will be considered by the Promoter in good faith and resolved in accordance with applicable law.

The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions where reasonably necessary for administrative or regulatory reasons, subject to any applicable laws. Any amendment will not materially disadvantage entrants.
