TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry.

2. Entry is open to CMC Markets Australian respondents aged 18 years and over that complete and submit the 2024 2H Australia Investing and Trading Survey that will be invited to complete during the promotional period. Employees and their immediate families of the promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.

3. Respondents are able to select to receive any of the following
   1. Complimentary 21 day membership with Stock Doctor
   2. Highlighted findings from survey, providing an insight into other investor views. 

4. Promotion commences 17/10/2024 in all states and territories. Entries close on 17/11/2024 at 11:59pm. 

5. Each entrant may only enter one valid entry to this promotion.

6. Entries can only be made in an individual’s own name and in their own capacity and no entry can be made for or on behalf of any other person, venture or organization.

7. No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.

8. All entries become the property of the Promoter. All data collected from this survey will remain anonymous in accordance with the Code of Professional Behaviour of the Australian Market and Social Research Society (AMSRS) of Australia and the privacy policy of Investment Trends.

9. In the event of any dispute, the dispute will be passed to the Principal or CEO of Investment Trends, and their decision will be final.
