Terms and Conditions of Entry

1. Information on how to enter and the benefits received form part of these conditions of entry.

2. No purchase necessary to enter. No element of chance, most comprehensive response are judged by Investment Trends.

3. Entry is open to United Arab Emirates residents aged 18 years and over that complete and submit the Investment Trends 2026 Trading Behaviour Survey. Employees of the promoter, their immediate families and its agencies are ineligible.

4. Promotion commences 16/03/2026. Entries close on 24/04/2026 at 11:59pm.

5. The Most Comprehensive prize(s): the three most comprehensive answers will each receive a $1000 USD Amazon voucher*.

6. The most comprehensive winners will be judged by Investment Trends. Investment Trends Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Most comprehensive judging criteria:
   • The respondent has opted for their answers to be considered in the most comprehensive responses.
   • The respondent has answered all questions, including open-ended questions presented to them.
   • Responses to Open-ended questions will be judged as follows;
     40% on insightful value
     40% on detail of the response
     20% on clarity of response 
     
     
8. Entries can only be made in an individual’s own name and in their own capacity and no entry can be made for or on behalf of any other person, venture or organisation. Each entrant may only enter one valid entry to this promotion.
   
   
9. The most comprehensive winners will be selected after the survey has closed, once all relevant answers have been reviewed. Winners will be contacted by 24/05/2026.
   
   
10. No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
    
    
11. All entries become the property of the Promoter. All data collected from this survey will remain anonymous in accordance with the Code of Professional Behaviour of the Research Society and the privacy policy of Investment Trends.

12. The Promoter is entitled at its sole discretion to reject or disqualify any entry which it determines to be incomplete or ineligible or which in the sole opinion of the Promoter contains unlawful, defamatory, offensive or other material which if published would place the business interests of the Promoter at risk or adversely affect the goodwill, name or reputation of the Promoter.

13. In the event of any dispute, the dispute will be passed to the Principal or CEO of Investment Trends, and their decision will be final.

15. Investment Trends reserves the right to modify these terms

*Investment Trends will use a digital gift card provider and reserves the right to change this provider as necessary.

1. تشكل المعلومات المتعلقة بكيفية الدخول والمزايا المستلمة جزءًا من شروط الدخول هذه.

3. يفتح باب المشاركة للمقيمين في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة الذين تبلغ أعمارهم 18 عامًا أو أكثر والذين يكملون ويقدمون استبيان Investment Trends لسلوك التداول لعام 2026. لا يحق لموظفي الجهة المنظمة، أو أفراد عائلاتهم المباشرين، أو وكالاتها المشاركة.

4. تبدأ الحملة الترويجية في 16/03/2026. ويغلق باب المشاركة في 24/04/2026 الساعة 11:59 مساءً.

5. جائزة الإجابة الأكثر شمولاً: سيحصل أصحاب الإجابات الثلاث الأكثر شمولاً على قسيمة Amazon بقيمة 1000 دولار أمريكي لكل منهم*.

6. سيتم اختيار الفائزين بأكثر الإجابات شمولاً من قبل Investment Trends. ويكون قرار لجنة التحكيم التابعة لـ Investment Trends نهائياً ولن يتم الدخول في أي مراسلات بشأنه.

7. معايير تقييم الإجابات الأكثر شمولاً:

• أن يكون المشارك قد اختار أن يتم النظر في إجاباته ضمن فئة الإجابات الأكثر شمولاً.

• أن يكون المشارك قد أجاب على جميع الأسئلة، بما في ذلك الأسئلة المفتوحة المقدمة له.

سيتم تقييم الإجابات على الأسئلة المفتوحة على النحو التالي:

• 40٪ على القيمة التحليلية أو عمق الفكرة

• 40٪ على مستوى تفصيل الإجابة

• 20٪ على وضوح الإجابة

8. يجب تقديم المشاركة باسم الفرد نفسه وبصفته الشخصية فقط، ولا يجوز تقديم أي مشاركة نيابةً عن أي شخص آخر أو مشروع أو منظمة. ويُسمح لكل مشارك بتقديم مشاركة صحيحة واحدة فقط في هذا العرض الترويجي.

9. سيتم اختيار الفائزين بأكثر الإجابات شمولاً بعد إغلاق الاستبيان، وذلك بعد مراجعة جميع الإجابات ذات الصلة. وسيتم الاتصال بالفائزين بحلول 24/05/2026.

10. لا تتحمل الجهة المنظمة أي مسؤولية عن المشاركات المتأخرة أو المفقودة أو التي تم توجيهها بشكل خاطئ.

11. تصبح جميع المشاركات ملكاً للجهة المنظمة. وستظل جميع البيانات التي يتم جمعها من هذا الاستبيان مجهولة الهوية وفقاً لمدونة السلوك المهني لجمعية الأبحاث وسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بـ Investment Trends.

12. يحق للجهة المنظمة، وفقاً لتقديرها المطلق، رفض أو استبعاد أي مشاركة ترى أنها غير مكتملة أو غير مؤهلة، أو التي تتضمن، بحسب رأي الجهة المنظمة وحدها، مواد غير قانونية أو تشهيرية أو مسيئة أو أي مواد أخرى قد يؤدي نشرها إلى تعريض المصالح التجارية للجهة المنظمة للخطر أو التأثير سلبياً على سمعتها أو اسمها أو مكانتها.

13. في حال نشوء أي نزاع، سيتم إحالة النزاع إلى المدير الرئيسي أو الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة Investment Trends، ويكون قرارهم نهائياً.

14. الجهة المنظمة هي Investment Trends، المستوى 6، 143 شارع ماكواري، سيدني، نيو ساوث ويلز 2000. رقم الأعمال الأسترالي (ABN): 14 107 485 656.

15. تحتفظ Investment Trends بالحق في تعديل هذه الشروط.

* ستستخدم Investment Trends مزودًا لبطاقات الهدايا الرقمية وتحتفظ بالحق في تغيير هذا المزود عند الضرورة.
